Few can genuinely claim genius status. However, extraordinary change does not require exceptional intelligence. My father, for example, often shared his report cards filled with C grades, yet he wore them as a badge of honor.

Despite his academic mediocrity, he demonstrated immense determination, ultimately earning an engineering degree and ascending to a leadership position in a respected tech firm. His story exemplifies that success is attainable without the label of exceptional talent.
