Throughout history, nations and individuals have encountered unforeseen obstacles, including significant health threats. This has always been the case, and it will continue to be. What matters is how we react, and we are responding with remarkable speed and professionalism.

The only “speed” you’ve demonstrated seems to be a result of your Adderall use. You called it a HOAX for the first two weeks!

Our team is unparalleled globally. Right from the onset of the outbreak, we implemented extensive travel bans on China and enforced the first federally mandated quarantine in over 50 years. We declared a public health emergency and issued the highest level of travel alerts for other affected countries.

Your “team” has been a collection of opportunists chasing personal gain while riding your corrupted coattails. The moment they show dissent, they “resign.” You need to acknowledge the reality from actual experts or risk causing more harm with your ignorance and alarming behavior. It took you a week to enact any ban, and it was riddled with loopholes that allowed cargo ships from China to pass through.

Are you referring to your “decisiveness” of dismissing it as a hoax for weeks and then framing it as a Democratic conspiracy? THAT kind of decisiveness?

The European Union did not implement similar precautions or restrict travel from China and other hotspots. Consequently, many new cases in the United States were introduced by travelers from Europe.

Then why were the majority of early cases on the WEST COAST?

Oh, we know. Whenever we request student debt relief, we see how strong the banks are. The greatest threat to “our way” has been you failing to assist anyone but the highest bidder for your audience.

This is not a financial crisis; it's merely a temporary situation that we will overcome together as a nation and as a global community.

Um, it’s a full-blown crisis on multiple levels now, thanks to your hoax conspiracy theories and building barriers instead of connections.

However, to provide additional support for American workers, families, and businesses, I am announcing the following actions: I am instructing the Small Business Administration to utilize available authority to offer capital and liquidity to companies affected by the coronavirus.

Loans? Fantastic. Nothing like seizing an opportunity to profit from the suffering of The People.

Effective immediately, the SBA will begin issuing economic loans in affected states and territories. These low-interest loans will assist small businesses in overcoming temporary economic disruptions caused by the virus. To this end, I am requesting Congress to increase funding for this program by an additional $50 billion.

And nothing like shifting responsibility, soon to be the blame, to a government branch you've rendered ineffective through partisan nonsense.

Using emergency powers, I will instruct the Treasury Department to postpone tax payments, without interest or penalties, for certain individuals and businesses adversely affected. This measure will inject over $200 billion of additional liquidity into the economy.

So you can sign away $200 billion to anyone, anywhere, at any time? Good to know. Thanks for that admission.

Finally, I am urging Congress to provide immediate payroll tax relief to Americans. I hope they will consider this earnestly.

Wait. Didn’t you just allocate $200 billion to wealthy individuals!?

We are at a pivotal moment in the battle against the virus. We took a life-saving step with early action on China. Now we must take similar measures with Europe. We will not postpone. I will never shy away from taking necessary actions to protect the lives, health, and safety of the American people. I will always prioritize the wellbeing of America.
